Bodrum airport (BJV) is 32km from the town of Bodrum itself and regular charter and scheduled flights arrive throughout the season. Turkish Airlines run internal flights from Istanbul if you are not able to fly direct. Alternatively, Dalaman airport (DLM) is 225 km away from Bodrum but the longer transfer (2 hours 30 minutes) should be taken in to account making Dalaman a more suitable airport for yacht charters starting in the Marmaris or Gocek sailing areas.

You will need to buy a Tourist Visa when you land in Turkey. These cost £10 sterling and can only be paid for in cash so remember to take the correct money in sterling, Euro or US dollar notes*
